Riding Vacation

Bring your best stable friends and spend a few wonderful days riding in the beautiful Söderåsen National Park on our fun and responsive horses.

Each riding holiday accommodates 5 participants, and the accommodation is shared with other groups. The apartment has 4 beds in a large bedroom that can be divided by a curtain into two separate sleeping areas, though it is more like a dormitory than private rooms. There is also a sofa bed that converts into a 140 cm double bed in the living room area.

The booking for this year's riding holidays opens on January 25th.

You have access to our cozy sauna barrel for the entire evening (please inform us earlier in the day what time you'd like to use it so we can heat it up).

Day 2: Meet at the stable at 10 AM for a 3-hour horseback ride. Check-out at 3 PM.

Day 2: Meet at the stable at 10 AM for a 3-hour horseback ride. After the ride, explore the surroundings—perhaps visit one of Skåne's beautiful beaches or towns. Back at the apartment, prepare a cozy dinner and enjoy more quality time together. You might also warm up again in the sauna barrel in the evening.

Day 3: Meet at the stable at 10 AM for a 2.5-hour horseback ride.

Check-out and departure at 3 PM.

Back at the apartment, prepare another cozy dinner and enjoy more quality time. You might also warm up in the sauna barrel again in the evening.

Day 4: Meet at the stable at 10 AM for a 2.5-hour horseback ride.

Check-out and departure at 3 PM.

 For Inexperienced Riders

We recommend Söderåsens Turridning, which offers guided rides for beginners and less experienced riders. They have wonderful North Swedish Horses and Haflingers and also ride in Söderåsen National Park.

Clarification Regarding Riding Experience

Recently, we've had bookings from individuals without sufficient riding experience. Please read the Terms and Conditions before booking.

You must be able to ride independently in all gaits and maintain balance without holding onto the mane or saddle. We only accept experienced riders. Having taken a few riding lessons or participated in a couple of trail rides does not make you an experienced rider. If you cannot ride confidently and balanced in all gaits (this is our assessment), you will be required to dismount and walk the horse back to the stable. We do not issue refunds for riders who arrive without the required skills, as the slot you booked cannot be reallocated on such short notice.

This policy ensures your safety and the safety of our horses. While our horses are gentle, they are not suitable for beginners.

Arrival Time

Your booked time is your arrival time. If you arrive too early, we may not be available as we prepare the horses according to your scheduled time. (Please avoid arriving too early—some guests have arrived 40 minutes in advance, which disrupts our schedule.)

Trail Ride Details

The times listed for rides are approximate and depend on the pace we maintain. Prices are based on the distance covered. This means that rides of similar duration may have different prices. Times reflect time spent in the saddle and are approximate. A slower pace extends the ride, while more trotting and cantering may shorten saddle time.
